Poster depicts Pyramid Head standing over a slumped nurse resembling a scene from the Fukuro video with silver foil letters for the Silent Hill 2 logo, tagline and other text. This poster was initially meant to be displayed at Japanese stores to advertise the game, however its imagery was found too offensive and couldn't be used for public promotion. As a result, Konami chose to include this as a bonus for pre-ordering Silent Hill 2 through Konami Style Japan instead.
