Travis is horrified when this female figure turns around to reveal a grotesque, faceless monster. He soon finds that the hospital is filled with them, stumbling through the halls and attacking with syringes. What in the world is going on here!?

Shambling toward Travis, this creature can spew acid without warning. It can also wrap its legs around him in an attempt to crush the air from his lungs. Not a complicated foe, but Travis can still be overtaken if he's not careful.

This monster conjures up memories of the disgusting roadkill Travis has driven by over the years. Far from harmless, this disfigured corpse-come-to-life will track Travis relentlessly, lunging to attack and dealing serious damage.

This hulking brute stalks through the streets of Silent Hill with an unknown purpose. Travis will encounter him a number of times, learning to fear the piercing shriek of a butcher-blade dragged along the ground. Why is he killing monsters, and... will Travis be next?

Location: Cedar Grove Sanitarium

A bodeless creature that looks like a floating "wire cage" casting a humanlike shadow in the light.

Location: Artaud Theater

Far from a lifeless theater mannequin, Travis knows to be careful if he hears Ariel rattling down the halls of the local playhouse. Attacking from both the ceiling and the floor, this cursed puppet is a versatile, and dangerous, opponent.

Someone's twisted memory of a production of Shakespeare's The Tempest. Caliban exists somewhere between beast and man, with his contorted limbs stomping across the stage toward Travis. He can stomp Travis to death very quickly, so watch out.

Travis spends much of his time alone on the road, and his schedule doesn't leave much time for relationships. Twoback is a manifestation of the anxiety that's built up inside Travis over the years. It can tackle Travis up close and attack from long range, as well. One of the most fearsome opponents.
