A creature resembling a patient in a straitjacket. Its attack consists of spewing a poisonous liquid from a hole in its head.

The design of the upper body of Lying Figure comes from a body bag as a sign of dead body. "Lying Figure" means lying Mary on the bed, also a dead body (Mary's dead body) at the same time. And the animations mean a patient in pain. -Masahiro Ito

Location: Apartments

A creature looking like a combination of two bottom mannequin sections sewn together in the middle. It is also covered by some bandages. Mannequins stand still in the dark and react to James' flashlight attacking him with their upper legs.

Location: Hospital

A nurse in uniform, wearing a very short and provocative miniskirt and a top with a revealing cleavage, but with a demon head. In their hands nurses carry either a steel pipe or a knife, which they use to attack.

I made her wear the stockings w/ the color because I was pointed out that the original nurse in the orig SH2 exposed her skin too much and I wanted to mean "this is a remake". Also coz of a game design. -Masahiro Ito

Executioner-like figure with a pyramidal helmet who relentlessly pursues James armed with a great knife or spear. Also known as "Pyramid Head".
