Neely's Bar Jukebox Puzzle Guide
On this page, you will find the complete solution to the Neely's Bar jukebox puzzle in Silent Hill 2 Remake (2024). The correct solution will be the same for all riddle difficulty levels.
You will come across a broken jukebox when you enter Neely's Bar in Eastern South Vale. To get it fixed and proceed further, you will need to find specific items first.

Collecting the Items
You will need three items to operate the jukebox: a coin, a button and a complete record. The hints to their locations come from the Neely's Bar Note (Groovy Music and Saul Street Apartments) as well as Texan Cafe Flyer next to the entrance to Wood Side Apartments.

I gathered up what I could, still haven't found one of the buttons. Half the record is still lodged inside, but the other part's missing. Figure he must've taken it. Come to think of it, he did run towards Groovy.
Anyway, maybe go check up on him? See if he's alright. He lives over at Saul, by the pharmacy. Apartment 9.

 Neely's Bar Coin is in Texan Cafe's cash register. Turn the key and then press the button at the bottom to get the coin. |

Once you have all these items, return to the jukebox to solve the puzzle.
Solution
Combine the two halves of the Broken Vinyl Record with the Vinyl Glue inside your inventory to get the Glued Up Vinyl Record.
Approach the jukebox and interact with the part at the bottom: rotate the green cylinder, move the red arm to connect to the cylinder, move the cylinder away, and lower the blue cog down.
Rotate the green cylinder twice and insert the Glued Up Vinyl Record.
At the top, highlight the missing button No. 2 and attach the Jukebox Button from your inventory. Then, highlight the coin slot and insert the Neely's Bar Coin.
Finally, press buttons C and 2 to play the record. You will get Neely's Bar Key after the cutscene.
