Omamori

On this page, you will find a complete list of all omamori in Silent Hill f with their descriptions and locations.

There are 40 omamori to collect in the game. There's also one additional omamori if you've pre-ordered the game.

Hidden Omamori

There are 16 hidden omamori to collect throughout the game. 4 omamori can be collected only during New Game+. Obtaining all hidden omamori grants you the Omamori Sage trophy/achievement.

In this category, you will also find the Blessed Hand Mirror that can be collected randomly before the boss fights, but obtaining this one is not required for the achievement.

Omamori [Whale]

Description: When using a restorative item, you will not be interrupted by normal attacks.
Location: Ebisugaoka Part 1, on a box at the bottom of a ladder. Use the Back Door Key found in the house to reach the item.

Omamori [Cat]

Description: Greatly decreases the damage taken while Dodging.
Location: Dark Shrine Path, on the backside of a cat ema on one of the boards in the southwestern section.

Omamori [Pine]

Description: Increases Max Health.
Location: Ebisugaoka Part 2, inside the doctor's house. Collect the Drawer Key from the chest on the first floor, go upstairs, enter the now-open bedroom and use the key to find a note inside the drawer. Enter the next room—the study—to collect this omamori from the left chest of drawers.

Omamori [Spider]

Description: Greatly decreases weapon durability consumption from performing Light Attacks.
Location: Ebisugaoka Part 2, inside the Igarashi residence's mailbox. Collect the Key to Sakuko’s Mailbox at the Sennensugi Shrine to the left of the main gate. Backtrack all the way to the Chizuruya General Store, then head north to Sakuko's house, where you first met her. Open the residence's mailbox with the key.

Omamori [Hawk]

Description: Greatly decreases Focus charging time.
Location: Dark Shrine Corridors, on a large wooden chest inside an open room in the northeast (where the monster comes out of).

Omamori [Wolf]

Description: Deals additional damage when using weapons with high durability. Effective only for weapons with durability.
Location: Ebisugaoka Middle School, inside Tsuchiya Taiko's Locker. Use the code 377.

Omamori [Horse]

Description: Greatly decreases the amount of Stamina consumed when sprinting in fights.
Location: Ebisugaoka Part 4, at a shrine to the right after crossing the small bridge (before the map stand).

Omamori [Bull]

Description: Greatly decreases Stamina consumed by Heavy and Charged Attacks.
Location: Dark Shrine Worship Hall, in a secret room to the east of the locker room that unlocks after solving the Light Puzzle.

Omamori [Crow]

Description: Slightly restores Health after defeating an enemy.
Location: Dark Shrine Main Hall, on a box in a room in the western part of the map, unlocked with the Fox Arm.

Omamori [Suzuran]

Description: Perfect Dodges become easier to perform.
Location: Ebisugaoka Part 5, inside a crate next to one of the houses on the mountain path.

Omamori [Cuckoo]

Description: Greatly increases damage inflicted while in a near-death state.
Location: Shimizu Residence III, on the bloody desk in a secret room in the northeast that becomes accessible after finding any two crests.

Omamori [Hound]

Description: Slightly restores current Max Sanity after defeating enemies.
Location: Dark Shrine Treasure Hall, on a shrine in the first room to your right after entering the corridor.

Omamori [Shrew Mole]

Description: Dodging does not consume Stamina while in a near-death state.
Location: Dark Shrine Path (NG+), inside the Inari-sama box at the base of the giant tree in the southeast of the map.

Omamori [Rabbit]

Description: Press Heavy Attack immediately after performing a Perfect Dodge to deal a powerful Counter. This Counter greatly consumes Stamina.
Location: Ebisugaoka Middle School (NG+), inside the Inari-sama box in the southwestern classroom (next to the room with Shu and Rinko), which becomes accessible through an open window from the school yard.

Omamori [Swallow]

Description: Performing a Counter without using Focus increases damage inflicted. Stacks up to 5 times and resets when damage is taken.
Location: Dark Shrine Worship Hall (NG+), on a desk in a locked room in the southwestern section behind the Inari-sama door.

Omamori [Goat]

Description: Take less damage when facing multiple enemies. Scales with the number of enemies.
Location: Ebisugaoka Part 4 (NG+), on a bench inside the mountain refuge.

Blessed Hand Mirror

Description: When taking fatal damage from normal attacks, this mirror will break instead. Health, Sanity, and Stamina will be fully restored.
Location: Appears randomly before the boss fights. If used, you have a chance to reencounter it on your path.

Shrine Omamori

There are 23 shrine omamori to collect throughout the game. Shrine omamori are drawn randomly at the Hokora shrines using faith. The cost of these starts at 300 or 400 faith, depending on your action difficulty, and increases by 100 to a maximum of 1000 faith per draw. In total, you will require over 20,000 faith to collect all shrine omamori, for which you will most realistically have to complete the game at least three times.

Obtaining all shrine omamori grants you the Omamori Collector trophy/achievement.

Omamori [Bamboo]

Description: Increases Max Sanity.

Omamori [Bear]

Description: Greatly increases stun power when weapon durability is low.

Omamori [Beetle]

Description: Greatly increases damage inflicted to stunned enemies.

Omamori [Boar]

Description: Greatly increases Stamina recovery speed and greatly shortens Out of Breath duration.

Omamori [Butterfly]

Description: Greatly decreases Stamina consumed by Dodging, but you are unable to continuously Dodge.

Omamori [Camel]

Description: Decreases current Max Sanity consumed by Charged Attacks.

Omamori [Clam]

Description: Decreases enemy line of sight.

Omamori [Crab]

Description: Weapon durability will not decrease while using Focus.

Omamori [Daisy]

Description: Sanity and Stamina are unlimited, but Hinako will die instantly from any physical damage.

Omamori [Dolphin]

Description: Slightly restores current Max Sanity after a Perfect Dodge.

Omamori [Elephant]

Description: Prevents Staggering from normal attacks, but greatly increases damage taken.

Omamori [Kudzu Leaf]

Description: Increases Max Health, Sanity and Stamina.

Omamori [Mantis]

Description: Slightly restores Health after each successful Counter.

Omamori [Otter]

Description: Restores spare weapons' durability upon defeating an enemy.

Omamori [Owl]

Description: Greatly decreases Sanity consumption while using Focus.

Omamori [Plum]

Description: Increases Max Stamina.

Omamori [Sakura]

Description: Enhances the effects of Health restoring items and Omamoris.

Omamori [Serpent]

Description: Will automatically perform a Counter when the visual hint appears, but consumes Max Sanity when it is activated. When equipping, Sanity will also recover at a slower rate.

Omamori [Swordfish]

Description: After countering an attack, Stamina will not be consumed for a set time.

Omamori [Tanuki]

Description: Turns physical damage received into Sanity damage.

Omamori [Turtle]

Description: Greatly decreases damage taken at full Health.

Omamori [Weasel]

Description: Greatly increases damage dealt by normal attacks, but Hinako will no longer be able to stun enemies.

Omamori [Willow]

Description: Enhances the effects of items and Omamoris that restore Sanity.

Exlcusive Omamori

This omamori is only available if you've pre-ordered the game.

Omamori [Peony]

Description: Slightly restores Health upon picking up food items.
Location: To receive this item, access a Hokora shrine in the game and select Bonuses from the menu. The Bonuses option will unlock based on game progression.
