The game's soundtrack was composed by Akira Yamaoka (music for the Fog World) and Kensuke Inage (music for the Dark Shrine) with additional contributions from dai and xaki, who were also involved at the request of the game's writer, Ryukishi07.
A digital 15-track soundtrack is included with the Deluxe Edition of Silent Hill f. The full 3-CD soundtrack was planned for release on December 17, 2025, but was cancelled on October 16 for undisclosed reasons.
