Silent Hill: Townfall Gets a Prequel Comic

September 16, 2026

Silent Hill: Townfall – The Dock House is an original comic story produced by the British comic studio 2000 AD in partnership with Konami. Written by Townfall's lead writer and game director Jon McKellan, it serves as a prologue to the upcoming game, providing an additional perspective on the isolated island community of St. Amelia.

The story follows Douglas, a veteran harbour master who has spent decades maintaining St. Amelia’s dock house. Trapped in an endless routine surrounded by fog and isolation, Douglas discovers an impossible staircase descending beneath the harbour, forcing him to confront a terrifying reality hidden beneath the surface of the town.

The new comic is out now digitally as part of 2000 AD’s Prog 2500 anthology issue through the 2000 AD Webstore and App and will hit the physical stores in September 16 in the UK and September 30 in the USA.
