Silent Hill 2 Audio Enhancement Pack

As you may know Silent Hill 2 PC version has inferior sound quality compared to PS2. Recently, a group of fans (elishacloud, Nisto and Ratiocinator) have presented the Silent Hill 2 PC Audio Enhancement Pack meant to fix that and update PC version's audio files with those of the PS2 version.
