Key Summary
- Enter the main school building.
- Dried Carcass (⛩200) can be found on a crate outside at the end of the northern passage past the Hokora shrine.
- Proceed into the teachers' office to find a locked key cabinet.
- New Game+: The girls' locker room is open from the start, allowing you to skip almost the entire school section and get right to entering the correct code and obtaining the Key to the Back Mountains from the key cabinet.
- You will need to solve the Stairwell Puzzle to find the second-floor key:
- Story: The Main Building 2F Stair Key is locked inside the desk drawer in the teachers' office. The drawer can be picked up with the Hairpin you will find inside the rabbit hatch in the southeast of the yard (accessed via an open window in the southern classroom).
- Hard: Go outside to the school yard via the window in the southern classroom. You will find the Main Building 2F Stair Key in front of the flowerbed with the blue flowers in the western section of the yard.
- Lost in the Fog: Go outside to the school yard via the window in the southern classroom. Go up the stairs to the west of the main entrance, and you will find the Main Building 2F Stair Key by the potted blue flowers next to the entrance.
- Dried Carcass (⛩200) is inside an open shed on the southern side of the yard.
- New Game+: Diary of Revenge (3) and Omamori [Rabbit] are inside the Inari-sama box in the southwestern classroom (next to the room with Shu and Rinko) that can now be accessed through an open window from the school yard.
- Use either of the staircases at the ends to reach the second floor.
Second Floor
- Enter Hinako's old classroom, which is the one on the southwestern side. You will be locked inside and will need to solve the Secret Box Puzzle to get outside:
- Use the hints from the Unopened Letters to slide the panels on the sides of the box and reveal the objects mentioned in the letters: sweet and tart fruits, journals and blooming sakura.

- You will receive the Second Floor Classroom Generic Key for solving the puzzle. Return to the corridor.
- Antique Comb (⛩300) is in a box on a pile of cardboard boxes in the corner of the central hall.
- Enter a classroom in the southeast using the key. Pick up the Old Annex Main Gate Key from the teacher's podium.
Old Annex Building
- Go to the Old Annex building in the north using the central staircase.
- Enter the last classroom to the left and find the Locker Room Key and Asakura's Textbook on one of the desks to learn the code for her locker. You can also look for other notes scattered across second-floor classrooms and the old annex building to understand the "girl code."
First Floor
- Return to the first floor, unlock the girls' locker room and solve the Locker Puzzle to open Asakura Ayumi's locker:
- Story: SEA – 534
- Hard: BUS – 865
- Lost in the Fog: EGG – 399
- Key Cabinet Key is inside Ayumi's locker.
- Opening other lockers is optional:
- Aoi Takeshi: AOI – 401. Inside is the Origami of Grievances with the hint for Suga Yosie's locker.
- Tsuchiya Taiko: 377. Inside is the Omamori [Wolf].
- Suga Yosie: SOS – 505. Inside is the Upgrade: School Bag.
- Return to the teachers' office, use the key to open the cabinet, and obtain the Key to the Back Mountains.
- Head back to Shu and Rinko.
